- good work/life balance - company offers a good health plan - possibility to work remotely - depending on the project, the company will accommodate your schedule of vacation days

Cons

- only 22 vacation days per law (no extra vacation days given compared to other companies in the sector; you cannot buy extra days)

HR policies Compensation Hikes are not competent and to hand salary no benefit after tax cuts with hikes. eg. increment only focuses on your other allowances rather than overall sections. this will relax company from yearly payments increase towards PF. Only focus on Cost. No engineering quality matters. No more foreign tours. Only IN projects are in focus.
