Pros

they'll pay you fine as per market standards. In India atleast they are hiring like crazy owing to so many projects that they have, so they'll give you a nice hike.

Cons

There is absolutely no knowledge transfer in the SIG commissioning and validation teams. You're gonna change the product and somehow they expect you to know it already. Then the titles are just meaningless, you can be a lead, manager, engineer and be doing the same job. Worst, the team is pathetic, the colleagues around the time of August 2021, are really ill suited for the job, very less informed and get hefty paychecks but no one questions how. The T&C engineer is pretty much a technicians job in Alstom, but you'll get paid like an engineer. So, if you see it as a pro, then umm, what can I say. If you see it as a con, then you know how demotivating it is. And they have normalised having no work life balance so much that its kind of illegal to even think of complaining. We in the project were made to work for 71 days without any days off, saturday sunday included for more than 11 hours a day and no one even thought that it's punishable in a court of law.
