      Good Company but bad management team

      Good company image and product. Good vision from CEO.

      Cons

      Bad mid management team, lack of proper communication, expectation exceed job scope to deliver unreasonable results. Company benefit not on par to industry. Bad planning team constant change of forecast.

      Pay not okay. Get low ball when first hire so still not happy with the annual increase
