      Being an underdog and the urge to perform better. Laid back work culture. having some great engineers.

      Cons

      All time low employee morale. Getting to know more info from external sites than from the management. Communication meetings that are not upto the mark. Always the motto being to catch up with Intel rather than lead the way and think out of the box.
