Pros

Cutting edge graphics technology and know-how, friendly environment, lots to learn and ways to advance skill set required. Hardware is designed by guys who understand the future of gpu computing for a change.

Cons

Financial concerns are pulling the team spirit down and also high talent -as I did- is leaving the company. As a result all ESPP and stock bonuses meant nothing after few years.
