      A formerly great company that grew too big too quickly for its own good.

      Pros

      There are a lot of great people that work there. If you work hard, you will learn a lot and add a lot of value to your team.

      Cons

      They are terrible at properly staffing resources for projects. Schedules are consistently broken. They cannot seem to settle on an organizational structure. There are too many levels of management.
