The engineering projects are interesting with lots of technical challenges. The work environment is also quite good with minimum politics since there are less meetings.

Cons

The unstable financial condition of the company is a problem since there have been layoffs in the past few years. The company can also provide more training for employees so employees can pick up the most advance technology.
