      Pros

      -> Depending on the team, there's a lot of projects that will help with building experience -> Good work-life balance but there will be times where you are required to work overtime. Some teams have zero work-life balance

      Cons

      -> Salary is averagely on the lowerside for the industry -> There's less vacation holidays and sick days compared to other compaines.

      Pros

      AMD offers a lot of flexibility and varied benefits (e.g. recharge days when the whole company is off work, matched donations to charity etc). The people I've been working with are very competent and respectful, meetings are kept to a minimum and don't spill over, and managers have an impressive grasp of the tech.

      Cons

      Uses Microsoft products. Sometimes IT is a bit slow, especially if you have an issue with Linux.
