AMD still has some great people to work with.

Cons

Top level direction has not succeeded in stablizing the decline. Significant layoffs have increased the workload for survivors. The current marketplace problems are not related to the economy at large - the products are uncompetitive.

Good work life balance. However, working for a company that always loses money sucks.

Cons

Upper management has all bailed within a 3 month span - CMO, CFO, CIO all gone. This is a true sign of a bad company
