      People are nice, work is interesting

      Cons

      Company is not willing to pay to compete with Apple and Nvidia. Senior Execs are from IBM (which is no longer in the semiconductor business). Senior Execs want to run the company like an IBM as opposed to an Apple or Nvidia.

      The entire learning and development organisation in AMD matured and offers opportunity to contribute, learn and grow. The leaders come in when you need support otherwise one has to function with minimal or no supervision.

      Cons

      The team is thinly spread and needs to do more to be at par with leadership development teams of other matured organizations
