      Started out really good but went terribly wrong.

      Pros

      Opportunity to make progress towards solving many internal issues in more than one functional area. Chance to be the "David" who defeats "Goliath". Great teams and very intelligent co-workers.

      Cons

      Lack of a consistent strategic focus. Too many high level management changes. Lack of clear roles and responsibilities. Lack of operational discipline that results in poor decision making.

      - If you don't like to do any actual work, you can get away with a lot of that here. - The pay is fair. - it's a big organization so there is potential for career growth
