Good Base Salary although the bonus plan is not good. Nice people to work with and nice campus to work at. Great weather year round.

Cons

Bonus plan is defficient. Stock option plan is very small

Your furture is in your reporting managers hand. He can misuse the performance rating feedback. No one in upper management, will question his rating. There is a repeated misuse of the "performance rating" system.
