Bad culture. Sr execs think of themselves as super star. They blatantly lie to paint a rosy picture. They want employees to keep working but dont want to pay accordingly. They don’t even provide a cube for each employee. Company is jack of all master of none.

Leaders in UK all seem to be burnouts from other companies that got their job from title on CV rather than delivery, company was very naiive setting up in the UK. Hiring friends from other companies and inflating titles. If most of the people got fired from a startup for incompetence, what good will they do here? Good architects were hired but having everyone from the same company and a chip on their shoulder was never going to create a good environment. Having a tech lead that never delivered a product and little domain knowledge? Joke. Seems word is out on the industry now not to come here not that AMD can afford to hire anyone these days. RSUs terrible for longer serving employees. Stack ranking mandates a sacrificial lamb every year.
