A lot of shiny shimmery talk that makes you feel good for a little bit.

Weak leadership Lack of direction Loss of culture. One of AMDs strengths used to be its culture. It used to have a kind collaborative culture. Over the years and most recently in 2024, this has degraded so much I hardly recognize this company. The organization is being run into the ground by weak, poor leadership, egos run amock, and a strong need for conformance. If you are a creative problem solver, insecure leadership will work quickly to get rid of you. It’s another sinking ship going the way of Intel. It has gotten way too political.
