      Pros

      stocks are good, especially espp benefits, but RSUs are poor, decent work life balance

      Cons

      poor pay, and poor management, legacy company culture, so doesn't pay well and tells you to be happy with the 3% pay raises and 5k in bonuses every year.

      Pros

      You can get from scratch work but even that depends on US overlords. They wouldnt want you to prove your worth so they will rather give good work to contractors than to full time employees.

      Cons

      Very heavy office politics No hikes or increments Zero work life balance. Its 24/7 work with zero percent annual hikes, bonuses.
