Hostile executive staff, especially CEO. No work life balance, expect to work 24/7. Don't believe the job descriptions, you will do whatever they tell you.

too many long years serving employees makes it hard to get promoted, too many onsite activities that handled by employee, need more visibility to get a good performance assessment.

WLB is good. Friendly to LGBTQ.

Cons

Good people leave every week. Not willing to bid for talented candidates. Known for low pay and like to stay that way even stock price is so much better. Immigration attorneys are very slow.
