Company is growing fast and outlook is good. Lots of opportunities to grow your career and extertise. Team or cross-team culture is helping and friendly. Takes care of its employees with real actions, especially during the pandemic.

Cons

Timezone differences and wide reach of teams within project can be a bit disorienting. Package is OK but competiveness is also tough from other IC design houses. North American style work life balance is not bad but still more stress than with European companies.
