      Nothing..long hrs no training,just a rubbish retail company

      Cons

      Everything,long hrs no training noone from the top really knows what's going on, be lucky to hold 3 rd behind Sainsbury's and Tesco total shambles.

      Great benefits and culture, they are always looking to improve the work place for all managers and colleagues. Plenty of listening done to get new idea's and feedback.

      Cons

      The pay for colleagues is great but the managers pay could be looked at as the shop floor workers are not far behind.
