Pros

- You're able to work independently as well as occasionally as a team which made the night shift more social. - There's a standard rate of pay between the employees so this dissent differ based on factors such as age.

Cons

- Poor Management. Constantly Changing and Failed to listen to employees which lead to the working environment having a clear divide between the management and the shop floor staff. - Communication between management was none existent.

Pros

Good pay for working at 16 Some colleagues were really nice people

Cons

No organisation, so struggled to find when i was working Despite being contracted for 8Hrs, was told to work 38 hours one week, even though telling line manager about the large amount of collage work i was set There was no way of contacting my manager out of work without phoning the store phone, which wasn't particularly practical just to ask a small question I was never set up with an account, so i could never log onto the scanners without using a managers account. Expanding on the previous point, i could not access any company policies or even see my payslips, and months after leaving i still have not seen a single payslip, despite asking many times.
