      To Learn about complete PCB Manufacturing aspects, take up Six sigma projects & Learn corporate organizational structure, Managing People with outmost wit and strong documentation procedures with respect to APQP , PPAP and MOM"s.

      Cons

      People are not so knowledgeable about the PCB industry inside, everything sits on trial and error method, the job is fully based on as with the interaction and results made by the process decisions have to be taken based on pure opinions and not facts.
