Pros

Compensation is higher than average jobs. Incentives if you make your metrics. Discounts on products. Pretty good 401K and benefits

Cons

Work/Life balance, will work every Saturday and or Sunday but one. Have to love what you do, it gets very tedious. Will be forced to work 6 day weeks when company demands. Career path can be very unclear and hard work does not necessarily lead to advancement. Would rather overwork a handful of employees instead of being staffed to accommodate load demands
