Pros

Pay was good, benefits was fantastic. They schedule you a month in advance so you know what to expect.

Cons

Pay was not as good as 2014 when I started. Lot's of stress, ie sell a security system by the end of the month or you're fired type deals in my store of the future location.

Cons

Sales Managers are oppressive. Sales floor software is outdated and always crashes in the middle of transactions.
