Pros

Great growing opportunity. Easy and fast promotion if you perform. Lots of jobs and lots of opportunities within the company! Great benefits! Union contract.

Cons

High pressure, high stress, micro managing! Schedule never consistent anytime can change as they call it! „business needs“ but only for full time employees. Only apply if you are mentally ready. Management puts pressure on employees to only sell what makes management money while reps aren’t able to gain full payouts! Schedule for full time employees is seniority based while part time can work when they want. You have 5 years with the company working closing shifts. Part time employee could work morning shifts. Scheduleing is not fair! Also commission is very little if you let management control your sales.
