Pros

We had a great team, and our immediate managers were amazing. AT&T supports many great causes as a company and was community minded. Training is phenomenal, and I never felt just completely lost in what I was supposed to be doing. I learned a lot and had fun. Good, fun coworkers and fun gadgets almost outdid the awfulness of some customers.

Cons

The people setting our sales goals were not in our immediate area and understanding of our traffic. The goals set for us were wholly unreachable and impossible due to saturation, population and service availability. Also, being customer facing and getting the brunt of their fury and dealing with the backlash after a manager or customer service rep did something an RSC couldn’t do.
