Pros

The benefits are great that att offers

Cons

Att is not the company it was 10 years ago. The managers are under trained and under educated. You can’t be human. If you or your children gets sick they make you choose between a harsh point system that will quickly get you fired or doing right by your child UNLESS you plan the sickness a month in advance. Honestly I would not recommend a job at att to my enemy.

Pros

Pay is great. Environment is great. Nothing about the job is specifically bad

Cons

Biggest issue is seniority scheduling. You have to wait YEARS before you’re not working a weekend. It’s pretty rediculous
