Gets ready for micromanagement to the fullest
Pros
Great benefits, 401k, medical insurance, paid vacation, company use device (no phone bill for company use) 50% off on personal phone plans, potential to make decent money
Cons
Micromanagement and super aggressive sales tactics , complete overhaul on compensation structure over the past few years. You have to slave to make money, the pay is decent but to make commission sales goals must be met, if one falls under 80% of goal attainment you get put on a “coaching” . Selling is easy on paper, management believes every thing that walks into stores is a sale and believe aggressive sales practice is key. No real upward movement to management unless monthly goals and quotes are meant also is who you know not what you know. Newer hired employees get promoted not due to knowledge of company but rather sales attainment in their short tenure. So we have aggressive selling managers without managing skill set and knowledge.
