Pros
Pay is decent, but they are slowly taking away commissions. If you put your time in, you get a good schedule, but that typically means 5+ years. Until then, expect to work every night and weekend.
Cons
Absolutely no accountability within management. Everything is so negative in every aspect of day to day life. You sell 1, they want 2. You sell 10, they want 20. If your store is not doing well, management will be all over micromanaging you, typically with lesser sales skills than you have. If your store is doing well, managers are nowhere to be found and being paid to be absent. They take credit for your sales and turn their back on you when things go awry. Management is very strict on time and punctuality, but managers never seem to be at work when they are scheduled to work. They will push unethical sales practices on you and will write you up if you do not follow them. A highly recommend employment elsewhere.
