Pros

Constant learning and training, fast paced atmosphere, unionized employment through CWA.

Cons

The company changed drastically during the time I worked there. AT&T became greedier and greedier, and management drank a lot of the kool-aid regarding the greediness. I was told to "Put my soul in a box" when I talk to people, including elderly people with flip phones on $0.10/minute plans. Management began listening in on every single conversation with people and started to become less and less helpful with major issues that were our fault.
