The "sales" front is changing more towards customer service only. Tenured employees get schedule bid as well as much higher pay. Hard to get a good schedule unless you have been with the company for many years. Technicians are constantly messing up orders and sells are stolen quite often. Weekend installers are contractors who get paid hourly and could care less about the job they do, or if they even show up to your customers door step.
