Pros

Good money, met great co workers, fun environment, discounted services, innovative industry.

Cons

Management above a store level is horrific, due to my Area Manager I had over 20 different Store Managers in less than 3 years. They fired my entire Area out of 70 people at the start of my employment only 1 that I can remember was left in either a RSC or Management position. Be wary of being the best in your position with new managers and other store representatives, I was the senior store Rep with all new managers and Reps, they colluded to get me fired. Also believe upper management had tried to fire me for awhile but I was shielded by great Store Managers who saw my worth and value. If you max out your hourly be cautious they will be trying to fire you eventually, even if you are the best in the Area and had been ranked #1 out of 23,000 employees at one point in your career.

Pros

It's a great job if you don't have a degree. The pay is well and the benefits are pretty good.

Cons

If you have a degree, expect to go no where fast. If you are a top performer with a degree, expect to be forced out. Anyone that shows initiative is strung along by management because they feel threatened.
