Pros

You can get going really fast and trainings/support is there (if you know how to find it), the money isn't bad compared to the work your doing but it can get stressful sometime when business is slow or around the holidays.

Cons

Managers and higher ups come and go faster than you can blink. so get used to having to build a new team every 6 months or so. The company puts "customer services" at the front of all emails and articles, but in the real world its all about how much can you sell them before you addresses the reason why the client is there for.

Pay is good and good benefits , really liked my coworkers.

Cons

Alot. Managment for 1 is very rude. They don't trust you and watch your every move. Get a miss and thats a "coaching" which all that is is telling you what you did wrong. Then after you learn your job they ask you what you can do better and you tell them. wash, rinse, repeat. You can be 199% to goal and they just wanna know why you aren't at 200% to goal. Highly political , toxic upper management. My cousin DIED from covid and i wasn't afforded a way to get to his funeral because of "needs of the business". And if you need help with anything, anything at all, don't ask. Just "hit the floor" . Schedule is terrible. And you work most holidays.
