They always added more to your plate. You were expected to do more and not get paid more. They also would watch / observe you and continually tell you how bad you are (some stores are better than others) - job gets held over your head often

I was with the company 5 yrs! The quota wasn’t an issue for me, I tend to always hit 90-100+% month after month. Since mgt couldnt get me on numbers, they decide to hit me on “behavior”, not understanding customers needs. It’s total BS! How can one get a written counseling for “behavior” but hitting numbers. They go hand & hand right? I was taught old school, get to know your customers, recommend & build from there. Sound familiar? It’s At&t handbook they teach their employees. 1st time ever to receive an “action plan” my whole time with the company! Mgmt at my district is the worse! They are shallow, shady, two faced ppl. They will never have your back, they will throw you under the bus if needed. If they don’t like you, they will try every way to get you out. The work environment at my store is very toxic! Lots of cobc violation & favoritism. If you weren’t in their favorite circle, you were an out cast & they will do everything possible to fire you. Well I didn’t wait for that, with the hostility & unfair treatment of management, I snapped & 1st time ever in my life, I walked out on a job!
