      Great benefits, great perks and membership discounts almost everywhere, VERY nice people, great company to work for. Definitely would recommend!

      Cons

      No days off during 6 month traing period, besides that nothing. You work normal business hours 9-5:30

      Pros

      The amount of knowledge and guidance they give you is phenomenal. The training for this program is AWESOME!!! They give you multiple opportunities to speak to the senior management of the company. I have seen a lot of personal growth within myself and I am grateful for that.

      Cons

      They are never fully clear on their expectations and oft hold double standards. Favoritism is a major problem in this program. If you are not constantly kissing up to management they will try and find a reason to get rid of you. Leadership needs to practice what they preach when it comes to the leadership models they teach.
