Pros

Good WLB, not very demanding, slow work pace, decent tech pay

Cons

Depending on what your career goals are, AT&T isn’t exactly the innovator it once used to be. There are other companies that may offer you more learning opportunities at that start of your career.

Pros

Flexible work life balance, get to work on interesting projects depending on your assignment

Cons

Management shifts too often, no clear goal of what a TDP is suppose to be doing besides waiting until their official role
