Pros

Competitive wages and benefits Talented managers Respectful work environment Highly mechanized systems Executive Leadership is savvy and smart Strong emphasis on continuing training

Cons

The biggest downside is Sr. Management's failure to embrace telecommuting. AT&T promotes sustainable business practices. Yet leadership requires employees in my organization in the office. This means more cars on the road and time lost traveling to and from work.
