Pros

Solid opportunity for overtime, decent benefits, good work vehicles. I think the prem tech position was a fair job for entry level.

Cons

Overtime can be a hassle if you don't want to work it. They can force you under the contract. Provisional position means they can let you go at any time for any reason, no matter how good a job you do. Few advancement possibilities from prem tech. It's all about productivity-meaning you better work fast and do the job right, or you might not cut it.

Pros

Highest pay scale in the industry

Cons

Shifting focus from wireless products to wire-line products caused a lot of internal turnover, leading to new employees being inexperienced to properly help customers effectively.
