Pros

WLB is good, interesting work if you get put on a good team.

Cons

the culture is depressing. A ton of people in the company with project manager titles but don’t really do anything. Okay place to start a career, but chances are you’ll get put on a boring team and not learn anything modern.

Pros

Substantial perks, high quality of day to day work life, surrounded by established and new talent with diverse professional backgrounds, many ways to establish and expand technical and interpersonal skills.

Cons

Relocation is a strong possibility. In my personal experience, robust security infrastructure and sparse in-person IT support means device issues can cause a lag in productivity.
