Pros
The salary is good. It's a global company so there is a lot of potential to move around
Cons
Lot's of red tape. It's a wonder how they get anything done. So much wasted time and money. The company is still very segmented and there is a total lack of a guiding architectural vision. Many of the systems are antiquated and there is no reason for it. So many things are developed with no ROI you just wonder who is driving this train and where is all of the money coming from it runs on. There are so many managers now you're stuck and most likely will not get promoted.
