Pros

Great compensation and plenty of opportunity for advancement if you work in Dallas or are willing to move for roles.

Cons

This is the classic too-big-to-fail company that probably should have failed a long time ago. It has terrible management but it sticks around because it hosts essential communication services and boasts plenty of government contracts. It is stuck in the past and the C-suite is unimpressive (to put it nicely) in their decision making. Advancement is generally a war of attrition rather than merit-based.
