Pros
Work from home, some employees and management pretty easy to work with, work was not too bad. Everything under the sun as far as training goes. Autodidacticism at it's finest.
Cons
Telecom was always bang or bust. Either supper busy or not at all. Very little time in between. Some employees play politics. Talk of where the training will take you is all lip service. Take the training for yourself and career, not for them.
