      Pros

      Great environment for someone who thrives working independently and is self-directed to deliver quality. Nice offices (I hate cubes). Possibility of working virtual when necessary.

      Cons

      Difficult to stay current with technology trends. Always waiting to be let go at a moment's notice. Environment is in a constant state of flux.
