Very poor company culture. I felt it from day 1...And felt trapped and betrayed because it was not as described during the interview. They don't tell you during the interview that it is a family business, that the top management can tell and do anything they want in the office... At the period I worked there, this feeling was shared by most of my colleagues who where not part of the family.
