      Pros

      Worked here for almost 2 years while in the BTS Development Program and have to say it has been a great experience. I've had 3 rotations in 3 different areas of the company and all have been great. I can see my own growth over the last two years and can attribute it to a culture that prioritizes talent development and encourages everyone to help each other. My managers and mentors have all been supportive of me. They challenge me to grow further when I succeed while providing guidance when I struggle. Work/life balance is fantastic and my managers all care about their employees' well-being. I have never had issues with flexibility when it comes to work and my personal life.

      Cons

      Things can be a little unorganized. Processes are not always as efficient as I expected, some areas are behind the industry standards, everyone is always very busy and the culture is meeting-centric. Not enough transparency for me between employees and management. Change can take a while to happen..

      Cons

      -It is located in the northern suburbs -Large company so it can be slower to adjust to enterprise changes
