      Great benefits. Top performing company. Cutting edge research. On site gym. Next to train for easy commuting. Annual profit sharing.

      Cons

      Company culture is group dependent. Some areas have a great culture and support a great work/life balance; however, there are other groups still trying to catch up with the rest of the company. Company is really trying to pursue and encourage culture change throughout.
