      - If you are good at poilitics, you will grow by leaps and bound. - Too much Micromanagement and Manager treats employee as daily wage worker - No Global exposure other than senior bosses - work hard so your boss can get promotion - Substandard care for Employee wellbeing - All plackcards at entrace for marketing only if you follow them then you will loose.
