Pros

Great company overall for learning the industry. Great pay and benefits. Steer towards Supply Chain, manufacturing or support areas but stay clear of the pharmacy, at least from my perspective, unless you like running in circles.

Cons

Poor management selection, you have to be a yes man and too many managers with a lack of experience running loose making decisions which can be detrimental to the company when discovered in audits. No real future for the pharmacy if they can't get more products and reduce costs. Changes being made prior to procedures being updated. Sups and managers blatantly telling you to just do it anyway even if a process is wrong.

Comp package, pension for long-time employees (program ended 2022 but 401k higher match was offered instead), exciting industry

Cons

The corporate politics have become almost unbearable. Finance top leadership is toxic, especially the women finance VP's (and there are not many). EEDI is way over the top and senior management is out of touch with how much the majority of people feel it is toxic, hypocritical and probably starting to venture into illegal territory.

There aren’t many, I would say compensation and benefits but my manager hasn’t even met with me to discuss bonus ect..

Cons

There is no life balance. Unrealistic expectations of team members, and no “team mentality”. Cross-functional members are always telling each other what to do, and are inconsiderate. Onboarding was irrelevant to daily tasks. Management is not helpful and only pop up for mixed messages about how things should be run. The whole team is working every weekend and after hours.
