Very secure environment. Easy routine to get adjusted to. Good training after being hired.

Cons

People are rewarded for success in a a very little premium. The difference between the person at the top of the sales force and the bottom is minimal in salary. In my opinion it promotes sales people that can coast and do the minimum.
