Easy salary to do a lot of non valued busy work. Can hang out,drink coffee,socialize and sit in meetings with no content.

Cons

AbbVie spinoff from Abbott poorly planned. Infrastructure completely unraveled. No internal cost saving initiatives. Long term employees rejecting change. A lot of unfriendly condesending attitudes
