      The poorest values in the pharma industry

      Pros

      Some people could be friendly, that’s pretty much it the only thing I can thing of

      Cons

      Full of politics, heavily HR driven, favoritism, location is in the middle of nowhere. They talk a lot, that’s pretty much it. They literally show no respect either to employees or to patients. The only thing this company cares about is money. Take a look at their turnover, it tells you a lot!

      Very little flexibility

      Pros

      Competitive pay, strong benefits package. Interesting work, company is growing.

      Cons

      They are pulling employees back into the office full time. There is VERY little ability to have flexible work - no hybrid work opportunities or remote work in the Chicagoland area. Commute to the office is terrible.
