very chicago oriented if you are not in chicago, you are not going to grow in the company, short term memory, your contributions and achievements 2 years and before are forgotten- what did you do for me recently in the last 3-6 months is important.

Amazing bonuses and salary was good.

Cons

No Christmas shutdown, no stock options or LTI, and there are folks on the Dallas Rheum team that cannot be trusted. Very Cliquey. Boss is unavailable and non responsive, and a bully. Certain people on this team will throw you under the bus for no reason. The most toxic and non-inclusive team I’ve ever been on. The company as a whole is fine, but I wouldn’t recommend a friend for any positions in Dallas.
